Okay, what do you wish your LS1 had that was different?
Example: better headlights, a better factory stereo ect.

Well... the LS1 is an engine, and a pretty good one at that, so nothing... lol J/K. The thing I wish I could change the most is the HORRID seats they decided to stuff in there. :bang: The seats are probably the main reason I am contemplating switching to a Cobra. After that it'd have to be the bland interior. It would have been nice to have a good interior. Then the build quality. Don't get my wrong, I love my car, but the squeaks and rattles get old real quick. But oh well, guess I'll just have to install TD's to get rid of that.

I would make the ta foglights out of something stronger so they don't crack and fix the issues with the power window motors and door panels.

I think they could of made it a litte lower from the factory for a meaner stacne. Looks like a trcuk its so high and my flp's will keep it thay way. Booo

the 4x4 look from the factory, no true duels with LT's from the factory :) , less wussy steering wheel, that damn "hump" on the passanger side floorboard, better suspension and heated seats. that about covers it lol. but for some strange reason NONE of that matters when you floor it and remember the LS1 is God's chariot :drive:

I hate the FLOORBOARD HUMP

i wouldnt change anything except the obvious, window motors, hump in floor.......otherwise no one could afford it. if it had a cadillac interior and better build quality, you would pay for thoes things.

I really don't have much of a problem with it. Seeing as how I never sit there, lol. The sad thing is I have never been able to even try to sit in the back of any of my camaros because I'm too big. Oh well, I'm just going to take em out anyway.

The driver seat. Come to think of it, why don't I put a better one in?

I wouldn't mind seeing better brakes. Don't get me wrong, the LS1 brakes are much better than the LT1 brakes are, but it would've been sweet to have a 4-6 piston caliper option.

No question about it - a real rear end that could actually handle some power. After that it would be true duals from the factory but that's in a very distant second place.

+ for a solid rear from the factory. With the generals cost efficient mass production lines there's no reason for that craptastic 10 bolt they decided to shove in there.

+1 Other than that, not having half the engine under the cowl would be nice.

yes there is, because the 10 bolt is like a tampon, every pussy has one. they are as common as a fat chick at a singles bar, and they hold up realtivily well for warranty purposes. also, 12 bolts from the 60's are still selling for 1k+. 10 bolts are going in exchange for oral sex now days. do the math, $1k or a blow job?

Another vote for a stronger rear.

Definately a better rear. Even the 8.5" 10 bolt would have been a blessing compared to the POS they gave us.

let the nitpicking begin...
-Mother fucking stereo is a piece of shit. Dont know if its the factory CD player or the speakers, but theres not enough volume to it.
-Gas mileage. But sometimes I like braggin about this because real men drive gas guzzlers.
-No change holder in the vette
-Center console is like one inch deep
-Shifter is too notchy. (Hurst shifter). Makes me miss more gears than I should. Don't remember what the stock shifter was like, but Im sure I would be complaigning more if I still had to use one.
-Stick needs to loose several inches before it leaves the factory.
-Clutch is too long

Another one for the rear end. That and more power from the factory would be nice too!

I would change the hydraulic clutch setup to a cable setup.
