Default LS1 feels like 30HP not 400HP

Hi Guys, Im new. I have a 2002 Firehawk that was dyno's 426HP to the wheels. Sad thing is I cannot figure out a problem now. A couple days ago I was in 1st gear and got on it, and my lights flickered and felt like I was in 3rd. There is not check engine light or DTC codes posted. So scanning the computer wasnt a problem. It starts good, idles good, but when you give it gas, you can tell there is no power. Almost like it was running on 7 cylinders. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Mav

List of mods, when they were done, and last time car was apart please. Oh, and mileage. Oh, and welcome to the board!

wires, maf, throtle body epoxy'd shut? HA, no really, check your maf. Start car, let idle, and tap if after visual inspection nothing is found. Then, if that still does nothing, then unplug it and see if anything changes, i.e. idle up or anything

Actually I just pulled the fuel filter and I noticed small amounts of water. Looks like I have water in my gas tank. Damn... Guess this will be a weekend fix for me. Thanks for all the help.
