Default What can you do?

I have a question for turbo/SC guys. I have been waiting on a turbo from a "Turbo" company since late November. This is the only thing keeping my car from being 100% good to go. I have tried calling, emailing, the owner of the shop my car is at has called and left countless messages but I still have no turbo and no contact on when I will get it or what is going on. I was told in mid January that it would be shipped out "This week". Well it is now March and I still have nothing.

My Question is this. What can you do about something like this? I don't want to have to order another turbo from a competent company and be out $1200 or whatever I already paid. Any suggestions?

Can you tell us at least what state this company is in or if they are a sponsor or not? Sucks for you to have to wait but that seems to be too common with alot of these turbo kit makers. Since they have a hard time responing to your inquires, I think its time to start taking action. Its obvious they just wanted your hard earned $$$ and they could give two rat's asses over wether or not you get your kit in a timely fashion or get it at all for that matter.

I hope you can still get the chargeback from your credit card. If not...

I may be wrong, but doesn't Jose @ Forced Inductions work with that company? He's a site sponsor, and could maybe help you out? Probably also to your benefit if you're not absolutely dead-set on one specific turbo. Good luck. I'm also waiting on a check for returned fans from *7@t($. Not holding my breath.

I can neither confirm nor deny these accusation...lol. The turbo was ordered with the kit as a lump purchase so I doubt that would work. Plus my kit was ordered in 2005 so I doubt they would do a chargeback from that long ago. But that would definately solve my problem. I am just gettin a little Irate that I paid so much for all this stuff and it's been about 2 years and I still haven't gotten to enjoy it. I could possibly make a trip there bc I am in Mississippi. Right now and they are in Texas.

Maybe you can have Jose or Dr Turbo look into it for you, sucks when it takes 5 months to get a turbo. PTS/PTK owes us for advertising from a while ago, I'm sure we will never see that money.

It's kind of a long story but here goes. I ordered the kit in mid 05, I recieved the whole kit over a years time. We didn't get it put on the car till after that which was mid 06. I had to get a new clutch to finish the tune because it started slipping. The new clutch went in mid November and we found out the turbo was too small when the final tuning was being done. Thats brings us to where we are now with the turbo being sent back and not getting a hold of anyone.
