a week ago car starts, idles at 500rpm, mess with TB screw, get idle to bounce around from 950-1100, run for 20 minutes, shut car off, drill hole in TB, go to start car back up, car wont start, check plugs, their fouled, clean & reinstall plugs, car still wont start, fine then, install NEW plugs car still wont start. I made sure spark plug wires were on good, coil connections are tight, 1/4 tank of gas in tank anyone ever have this problem?? the car just turns over thats it.

What about the fuel pump? Do you hear it kick on at all?

yep fuel pump works. This is mind boggling!

is there any fuses or sensors that could all of a sudden go to **** and cause this?

This is probably a stupid question but if you messed with throttle body screw and drilled the butterfly don't you have to reset the TPS sensor? I don't know if you did that or even if that would cause the car from not starting. Just wondering.

Im not sure on that. One thing thats weird is about every 15 tries the car will start and run for about a second or two but then kinda just die and shut off then it wont start again. Now my battery is dying from me trying to start it about 500 times. I cant believe this BS.

My guess is that the tb is closed to far try opening it up a few turns...you can always put it back. efi cars will not start if there is not enough air entering the tb.

fuel pump or fuel pump fuse? i know you said it works but can you let fuel out the valve and there is still pressure?
some other fuse?
crank position sensor?
cigarette lighter?
just guessing.
have you tried undoing what you did like suggested by ChucksZ06?
get it scanned for codes?
