What color to paint a 92 Caprice?
In your opinion, what colors do you think look good on a 92 caprice/impala?
Right now its a special green/blue paint job that changes color in the sun, but its fading badly being its the stock paint from 1992. Which is why i am looking to paint it. But the thing is, i searched cardomain.com for some ideas of what others did, and it turns out, most fixed up 92 caprices are "pimped out" by the ghetto crowd and some of them look, well, not too classy. I was thinking either a burgundy red metallic with grey trim. I want to keep the grey trim at least. But i am up in the air between burgundy, black, royal blue, Pearl Blue or some special color i haven't seen yet maybe. What would you guys recommend?

That is basically the stock color on it, but its fading in spots. But its one of the options i am considering redoing. The pic is not my car, but its the best representation of it.

Yeah, i like how some burgundy Impalas looked at a car show i went to. The tricky thing about paint jobs for an impala/caprice is that there are limited colors to chose from without making it look like a pimp mobile. I am really trying to give it a luxury and sporty look. I was thinking about Black with dark gold trim, but then i thought it may look too ghettoish, with having to paint the grille gold to match. So in that sense, i am going to stick with making the grille and trim grey like it already is.
