Default Used C5 wheels

My friend has a set on his vette but he's getting rid of them, they're the polished 01's, they have new michiline run flats, but their finish is messed up, he told me $400. Is there anything I can do to clean them up or is it best just to pass. I really want this style but I want them to look good, and how much heavier are those tires. Any help would be appreciated, thanks ahead

Depends on the finish as to how messed up it is and what messed it up. As for weight, the runflats are going to be heavier than a regular radial so that will add some weight.

Thanks, I was curious about powder coating, but i was thinking that would add a lot of weight as well. The car used to be my bosses and basically he didnt keep the wheels clean and it ate through the clear cloat and their black in the corners of the spokes it looks like, it sucks they aren't in better shape i guess i should pass.
