Wiper Arms are a PITA! Tips to anyone that has to do this in the future:
lots of PB blaster, let it soak over night
buy an advanced autoparts wiper arm removal tool. (I went through 3)
beat it with a hammer, harder than you think you should (this is key)
keep the nut on to keep the removal tool positioned and when beating it with the BFH to save the threads.
It is amazing what a little salt corrosion can do, I didn't think they would ever come off.
