Default BS on 15X10 w/ 2.5" shortened axle (95 TA)

What would be the backspacing for a 15X10 wheel on axles shortened 2.5" on each side. For a 95 trans am.

I have a suspicion of the answer, but I want to be sure. (15X10 bs-2.5??)

depends on tire size. but typical would be 15X10 with 5.5" of backspacing. with the rear 2.5" shorter per side

yeah, I would go with a 5" BS. Most people that run a 10" on a stock rear, run a 7.5" BS.

What would backspacing be on a 16x8 wheel with stock brakes?

5" would be exact, you could probably get away with a 5.5 though.
