well this sux. i got in a wreck today  . an 18 wheeler hit me. tore up my front passenger side. i have ghost flames that start on the door and luckily it didn't get that far. just the fender, front bumper cover, hood, kinda messed up the driver side fender too from the bumper pushin on it, inner rod end is bent tore up my rim, not sure how the control arms are though didnt look. a few things are good though. one, my new rims were not on and it was the stockers. two, not my fault. and three, i work at a body shop part time. still sux and its my only vehicle. i went to my fathers house and said i could borrow his pimpin work car. a 95 caprice classic tan in color, windows dont work, dents in it, no cruise, but atleast hes letting mr borrow it otherwise me and my fiance would be sharing a vehicle. what really sux is that im working on a 63 chevy pickup for my daily driver. gotta finish up runnin the brake lines and put a paint job on it. anyway this sux and hopefully it will be back on the road soon.

Sorry to hear about that man good luck with gettin it back into good condition. I got a question too. I see lots of posts like this where people are upset because their car got in a wreck where it wasn't their fault. Does insurance not cover everything? I figure (now, I've never been in a wreck so I have no experience in this kind of thing) that if an 18 wheeler hit me and it wasn't my fault, the insurance would cover it. Is this wrong? **for purposes of not spamming, I'm mainly asking ls1transam346**

hate to hear that. my dad drives an 18 wheeler and has always been told that if you get in a accident with them, your fault or not, they are ready to settle just so they don't have to go to court. Good Luck

here are some pics of the car. im not sure how everything is going to go, but their insurance should pay for everything. i shouldn't have to come out of pocket a dime.

if it isnt your fault then the other persons insurance should cover everything assuming they have insurance. people get upset cause its just a pain and you dont have your car and so on. i think the pics might work this time.

Thats not too bad, looks like it caught the headlight, but the cover looks like it could be fixed if you cant find one. Definetly could have been ALOT worse.

i know it could have been worse, but it still sux. one part that is hard to see is the frame that the fender bolts to is usually like 2 inches wide something like that. it is now like 3/4 of an inch. it isnt that bad but its still a pain.
