To "test" the injs, you can use a VOM, and check the ohm values. You can also move the suspect inj to another cyl, and see if the problem follows.
What are you trying to T/S??

If you think the injector is not firing try unplugging it at idle to see if there is a change in idle quality, if no change the injector is not working properly.
You can also use a TechII to do a cylinder power balance test by disabling one injector at a time.

The best way is with a high tech injector flow tester that exercises the injector at different pulse widths, RPMs and pressures. However, I have picked up on a number of injector problems by listenting to each one with an engine stethescope while idleing. Place tip of the stethescope at same location on each one and compare the clicking sound to each other.

Also, attach pressure gauge to fuel rail, key on/off several times to get pressure primed up, observe pressure should hold steady for at least a minute; if not steady, then one or more injectors are leaking and/or pressure regulator is leaking.
