I know of one that has been a 9.4 well correction its a 427 with ls7 topend.

The LS7 is a 427????? Garret's car can be considered an LS7. Just because it didn't come in with a LS7 dosen't mean anything. It's still a 427 with LS7 heads and intake. Of course, this was a spray car.
