I ordered a HP/Street stall converter from john on the 25th of last month
and i still havent received it ! I have emailed numerous times and called
and left messages numerous times and john WILL NOT respond to me
He had no problem pulling the money out of my account but wont deliver
on his part like a fresh business person should be I mean come on
he is in Utah and im the NEXT friggin state over !!! I should have had my
converter by now AND its complete Bull**** he wont respond to his
customers !!!! I am VERY disappointed and will not recommend Fuddle to ANYONE !!!
EVERY day i have written or called him and the guy wont even respond to me ! BAD business practice !!!

Sorry to hear about that. I had thought he had his cust. service issue's worked out, but after reading of your experience, he has a ways to go.
Thank you . Its gotten so bad that i had to take a claim against him

i love mine and the service. I went thru 3 PI converters before I gave up on them.

I just sent john several PM's and emails letting him know that if i do not
hear anything by tuesday the 13th im filing a lawsuit against him and his company for theft and fraud . If you are reading this john you NEED to
reply to me ASAP ! Anything in the court system $500 and up IS a felony
charge . I talked to my lawyer today !

I talked to Jon at Fuddle (no, he doesn't have caller ID to know it is me calling) on Feb 19 - he said he couldn't have mine ready until the 12th due to build time and back orders. I was very specific on when it could be ready and he was very specific with an answer.
Sometimes I do believe enough questions are not asked by either parties when ordering any part from any Sponsor but I'm still looking into this order.

We have responded to you through e-mails and pm's and sent you the tracking number twice. We have also sent the tracking number to PayPal when you made a claim. If the converter has been lost by FedEx, we will send you a new one and deal with the FedEx claim ourselves instead of making you deal with it. But we cannot send a new one without having any money for it. And at the moment, because of your claim, we have no money for it.
In addition, these are custom built converters, not off the shelf. They can take up to 4-7 business days to build. Your order was only received 8 business days ago, so I do not see how you have waited an inordinate amount of time.

So, the payment has been stopped by the buyer because he was a total of 9 days from order build date, had the track numbers sent to him twice in pm, and now may have to wait for the pay pal to clear up if fedex lost it.
I don't think Fuddle should have to ship you out another converter if it was lost considering they actually have not received payment for this. Either way, if it isn't lost it could show up on your doorstep TODAY and that was reason to stop payment then post how 7 days you were ripped off.
Its a wonder some sponsors do stay sponsors here. This is not an isolated incident.

You have got to be kidding me. All this bitching and drama over NINE days? Screw that, I'd let him keep his refund, I wouldn't want a customer like this.

I get a complaint and I find out whats up. You know that Tony.
So yes, this was filed on day 7 after order with two pm's sent with the track number. Day 9 he filed a dispute with paypal so Fuddle is not going to be paid for this order unless he lifts the dispute.

You tried to delet this thread. My guess is you got the converter but it is no reason to delete it.
