Default Question about lowering...

How important is an adjustable panhard rod when lowering the vehicle? I've got a solid BMR in place now that I've had on the car since it was new. My '02 SS already had the Bilstein suspension pkg from SLP, but I just changed to the Pro-kit springs & I'm curious how much this might be affected. Honestly, I can barely even see a difference the the rear height from the two sets of springs.

Any opinions?

Shay

Your rear will sit crooked, making one wheel stick out further, and the other in further. It can cause rubbing when using wide tires.

Well I put a straight edge along the fender body line from front to back & measured how far in the top edge of the tires were. One side had 1" of clearance & the other had 1/2". Is having the rear end 1/4" off really going to make much difference? I couldn't even see the difference until I put a tape measure on it.
