LT1 Supercharger Question I have a 383 Stroker Eagle 4340 Crank and rods and SRP pistons. It was gapped to a near stock gap 
But a good set of rings. With a A2W intercooler how much boost could i push safely? thinking of using a S trim.

Your compression ratio will be what determines how much boost your engine can take before it detonates. If the 11.1 in your sig is the car in question, then I would say about 7-8 psi would be the max you could run without detonating. You may be able to run a little more boost if you run a meth injection kit.

What about without an Intercooler? I will run a 75 shot at the racetrack to cool the charge. Do you think i should pull the heads and get a thicker head gasket? i mean the motor is not in the car yet.. Another question is with a small dish piston .030 head gasket and a LT1 head. i think it was calculated just under 11 to 1 and i want to drop a whole point. is it possoble with a thicker head gasket? I have seen as thick at .080 SCE Copper.

You don't want to go much above a .040" gasket, especially if your piston is down the barrel at all at TDC. You need good quench which should be in the .030-.050" range from the piston top to the head deck. Otherwise you could get worse detonation even though the CR is lower.
Dished pistons would be your best bet - like a set of SRP blower pistons.
