Default Rust on spark plug threads

WTF does that mean? That's not normal right? Everything else is fine but the threads are rusty so I'm a little worried here. Any ideas?

how tight were then when u removed them? could be water. I put anti-sieze on my plugs, just dont mistake it to thinking that you have oil leak in/around heads via valve covers. but, rust on threads huh. then put anti-sieze on threads just make sure non gets on plug tip .
