bought motor. havnt got all yet: ON BAD TRADER LIST "Phil Smith" i bought this motor from a guy in ocala FL. just seeing if anyone out there knows him. philip (paul) smith, wife is kimberly beavers, son is josh beavers. got off sending him payments on the motor. paid a little over 9k for it. just seeing if anyone knows some info on him. his address and contact is.

just seeing if anyone around that area knows anything about him. sent the last payment to him on january 11th. got the motor on the 19th. i have been trying to get ahold of him and the only way it seems i can is when i do something to get either money back or threaten to get it back. all in all he still owes me about 2 or 3 grand in stuff. and when he shipped the motor he sent it and qouted me 500 or 600 for shipping. it gets here and they said they told him to tell me it was almost 1200 for shipping. pissed me off. but now just to get the **** here i will even pay shipping for it just so i can get my car moving. if anyone knows him or some new contact info on him i really need to talk to him. i am not really pissed. Yet anyway. i just want my part of the deal.

hey bro....he has been ripping people off on all the boards lately....do a search for blownstrokedtransam....he just ripped off a guy on wheels he was trying to buy.
He also goes by other names, I think it was philcam01.

That would be the best method. The Ic3 site might be an option for getting attention for law enforcement and internet fraud.

blownstrokedtransam has been banned for one month due to numerous bad transactions. He has not responded to any pm's I've sent as warnings, three in two months.
There are no other active user names mentioned in this and other threads he is using on this site - if you come across one please alert me immeditately.

well i am going to order the parts i didnt get and do a cod to his ******* house. he is worthless at this point. he pissed me off so now he has it all coming to him. he can dish out but can he take what other people do. prolly not. if anyone has contact info on him lemme know.
