Oil pan and Rear main seal leaking?

Oil pan and Rear main seal leaking? I want to fix both myself I have the gaskets for it and plenty of tools but how do I go about removing the oil pan and tranny? Also how much time do you think I'ts gonna take to finish this project? The car has 120k and runs great I just want to keep up on the cars maintnance.

lift the motor up as far as replacing the oil pan gasket and as for tranny take it off basically out from under and you can get to the rear man from there but im hoping you have the special alignment tool for the seal i have yet got one of those and done my own and its a dd for now knock on wood!!!! just a lil leak for now thogh it needs to be replaced
