Default Removing wire on alt

Is there a trick to getting this out? Like is there a push tab or something or just it just pop out with some prodding? Thanks

To say the least, its a PITA. I have had the best luck with unbolting the alternator, gimmying it up a bit, and to a better position to get to it, and then getting it out. I always grab the smallest flat head screwdriver i can, as the connector is sorta hidden down a bit, and i have big hands.

EDIT-Don't forget you have a ground wire on the bottom of the alternator you have to unbolt as well!!!

Thanks man. Yeah i had to get the alternator out a little and pop it off with a flathead.
