Default CODES: PO140, PO154, and PO160

Ok guys, I've got some weird codes going on. What exactly do they mean?
I did LTs and havent deleted my codes yet.... but what are they?

PO140 -02 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

P0154 02 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 2 Sensor 1)

P0160 02 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 2 Sensor 2)

whats the deal? Is one of my front ones not connected correctly?

Thanks in advance!

Yeah, I read the sticky up top.

What I'm not understanding is how my car is running great but yet I still have a front passenger O2 that is throwing a code.

I completely understand why I have rear o2 codes - but why the front?

When I did the install I incorrectly hooked up the o2 sensor harnesses. I actually hooked the passenger side o2 to a rear harness.

A month ago or so... I found out this problem and corrected it. My gas mileage has now went through the roof and "seems" like it runs just fine.

Basically, my question is could this code be stored in the PCM even though it has technically been corrected??

Thanks!

P0154 is Insufficient Activity - not No Activity. After correcting the problem code should've gone off after 3 cycles according to www.gearchatter.com/viewtopic8743.php Probably stored as a history code for 40 cycles like most, link will tell you. I'd try resetting the PCM if you don't have a scanner.
