Default Switching Computers

My car is a 95 Z28 A4. I recently purchased a 1995 Trans Am M6 drivetrain. It included the tranny, pcm, wiring harness, rearend, and everything else I need for the swap. My question is..... can I switch my a4 computer out with the trans am computer??? Will the ignition key work with the different computer?? Will I have to get the pcm tuned for my car?

Thanks in advance,
Bryan

It should be a straight swap I'd imagine. The key passes it's test in the ignition cylinder, not the PCM. The only thing I think would be wrong about is the VIN. But, I don't think that would be any trouble.
