Default Help Tranny About to GO?

well when i put the car in drive/reverse it sounds like peices r grinding and the car bumps forward at idle like grabs and stops and so forth...
had a stall installed back in january...this might be the cause pretty sure...
does anyone know what this might be...?

Sound more like you have some internal trans problem , Not to say the converte isnt bad because a converter going bad can mess up the trans in a hurry ,

so should i get it looked at? if its the converter, would i beable to put another one in and be fine..or am i looking at buying a new trans?

kinda sounds like maybe your final blew apart
i say pull your transmission pan and look for large chunks of metal

so if i drive my car right now taking it easy of course..will i pretty much destroy the trans...or cause more problems? thanks

well from the sounds of it the trans is probably destroyed now . So killing it a little more wont matter much

alright thanks...lol..so i can still drive it..i just didnt want to start driving somewhere(6 mile or more distance)..and have it completely die...and not move..but i guess thats whats AAA is for ..thanks...
