12 Second Club - possible 12's??

My mods are all on a 02 Z28, I have a SS3600, LT'S With True Duals Dumped, Port TB, Lid, I put in an aluminum drive shaft also, and I have 315 Sumo's at the moment. Would I possibly see the 12's with this set up? And what would the difference be with some Nitto's???
