It's very easy, especially with an auto car. Enough boltons, tuning, big stall, suspension, and tires will get you into the 11's, but that's a tough one. I'd say a stall and some sticky tires could get you there pretty easy.
One of our other mods (SUX2BU) has gone 11.0 with boltons, but his car is gutted and weighs in at like 2800lbs lol.

12's is very easy. Keep the money you want to waste on the Hypertech and put it towards a convertor. A lid, LT's, ORY, catback and stall will easily get you there. Add gears and sticky tires and you may go high 11's.

what i did...
lid, cutout & drag radials - 13.1 = 317hp
headers, !cats, ory pipe - 13.1 (bad 60 ft) = ? hp (no dyno)
true duals, x pipe, dumps + better driving - 12.4 = 350 hp
asp pulley - 12.3 = 360 hp
i've seen autos doing 12.9 on drs...good luck

If you have an 01 or 02 better intake and exhaust, start with lid, good air filter, and exhaust. I live in FL. no cats required, so i just went with bassani ORY pipe, and cutout, no need for headers unless you plan on cam and or heads in future. With 275/17 nittos I went 12.42 @ 113 w/ 1.89 60', have M6 stock clutch, so you will need converter and get better 60' with Auto.

You can do it no prob. My current ride clicked off 12.9s stock, with sub-par 2.0xx 60fts. With most bolt-ons it went 12.30s.
Stalled autos are quick at the track. I would get a good verter, longtubes, true-duals or a good flowing catback, lid, sticky tires, port your TB, a tune, and you'll be moving pretty good.
