probably any decent hardware or auto parts store, ACE preferably if it's in your area. Take one of the other bolts in and figure out the pitch and thread (or look it up)

the bolots have shoulders on them so i cant get em from Napa or any place like that. Gotta come from GM or maybe a machine shop.

There's a metric fastner distributor in Dallas off of Grawyler and 183. I had their business card but I can't find it now.

Ok then try the dealer for it if you want it to be the same bolt exactly can't blame you on that.

GM is the only people who will have em...o well. Atleast it wasnt a struggly getting the snapped oil pan bolt out.
