Generation IV Internal Engine - 408 + L92 + CTV lifters + stock rockers = What RPM? and what to do to Peak up high?

After I get an answer I will delete this one. Just wanted to know what LSA or cam changes needed to peak around 7000+ rpm vs most of what I have seen that seem to be only peaking 6100 or so. I want to spin this thing as high as it will go due to my choice in heads. I dont want some 8000 rpm monster but a bit over 7100-7400 would be nice. (I plan to go sheetmetal on it next year :judge: )

any input is appreciated.
