Oil in knock sensor hole

Oil in knock sensor hole I just installed new knock sensors because I was getting a code saying my rear knock sensor went bad. Installed an LS6 manifold while I was at it...
I noticed there was oil on the knock sensor and all down the sides of the hole. The rubber cover over the hole kind of refused to stay down as well. What would cause oil to get here, and what does that mean?
