Default roadrunner and efi live update... HELP

ever since i tried to update to the latest efilive update a month ago i havent been able to get my RR to work right with it...

can some one send me an email with the calibration folder your using along with any other new updates... im having a hell of a time trying to update it.... you'd think after spending around 800$ it shouldnt be that hard to get updates for it...

right now when i have it hooked up to my laptop and i press the green button to connect it says "No RR USB device can be found"

any help... any one?

make sure you have the drivers for the roadrunner setup for the virtual com port, not the native usb drivers. This is in the efi live software, Edit >Properties >Roadrunner Tab > select "virtual com port"

Also what the COM port number of the USB Serial Port is set to in the advanced settings in Device Manager. Then check the 'scan to' property in the Tune Tool preferences is set high enough to catch the COM port in use.

ok i tried using my old efilive cd and drivers.... the way that it did work and now that wont work either...

I'll gladly send this laptop and RR to a reputalbe shop and let them download this crap for me... its becoming a GD nightmare and really pissing me off... i've never had this much trouble from any software in my life.... if some one will fix this for me I wont every update it again
