Door Unlock problem

Door Unlock problem I have searched and couldnt find the answer to my problem. When i bought my TA it had an Avital remote start and wouldnt unlock from the remote start remote or by pushing a button inside wheather the car was on or off. I figured it was the wiring but i just had a new alarm installed and they re-did all the wiring and still the same problem. It cant be the wiring becuase i can hear the relays they installed click and its not the "waking up" of the BCM issue becuase it doesnt work when on either. However i can lock it from the remote or switches just fine. This is driving me nuts. Help!

Well they do lock when the switch is pressed but then again when the switch is pressed it also triggers the re-lays to unlock it as well but it just wont unlock. Its weird.
