275/40 R18 vs. 275/35 R18? Difference?

275/40 R18 vs. 275/35 R18?

I was just wondering what the difference is between the two. I have 18x10 AR Rebels waiting to be installed and I want to make sure I order the right tire size.

Overall diameter . . .

The 275/35ZR18 is the same OD as a stock tire.

Yup, 25.7" for the 35's vs. 26.7" for the 40's.

Go with the 35s look way beter then the 40s.

the speedometer will be off by like .003% but thats not that big of a deal. i made that switch and couldnt be happier with my 35s
