FS: 2001 Z28 (Black) Cam & Boltons
**SOLD**
2001 Chevrolet Camaro Z-28
I bought the car with 11,000 miles on it and have tediously maintained the car from the day I bought it back in late ’01. From keeping fresh fluid and filters in it, to making sure I ran top grade oils and oil filters in the car, nothing has been over looked. Right now she’s got just about 96,500 on the odometer and the motor pulls like a raped ape and the car rides and handles as good as it ever has. The paint and interior of this car is in amazing shape for its mileage, it truly is hard to tell the mileage by looking or sitting in the car. The car’s never been smoked in and has been garaged most of its life. Also has never been in an accident.
The most recent dyno #’s I have are from when the car had Lane’s 3” duals (Xpipe) and did NOT have an Underdrive pulley. She pulled 395.6rwhp / 377.6rwtq @ RPM Motorsports in Lewisville, TX.

yah that wouldnt have been good! But hey guess what i did yesterday? I went to Sealy to try my luck in my quest for 11s. I raised my rev limiter to 6900 so i was hoping. Well i get there, put on the mickey thompsons, do my burnout good and long to make sure they were hot. And launched at MAYBE 2300rpm. And what do you think happened? SNAP!!! I blew the posi unit all to hell. I barely made it down the track at 20mph, loaded it on the trailer, brought it home, and have been trying to get my car back on the road ever since. BOOOOOOOOO.......as soon as i can a 12 bolt WILL be bought!
