To summarize what you will find when you do some searching around:

Pretty much any header out there EXCEPT the SLP headers will have good ground clearance. I'll put a vote in for Kooks...never scraped them in the time I've had my car lowered.

im not allowed to compare my headers to others but I can tell you about them.

My XS stainless headers tuck up higher than my cat-back system (borla) and none of my exhaust has EVER scraped.

If you look at ordering some suspension parts like tunnel mounted torque arms by Spohn, you'll see that they have 2 part numbers for that part.

Part # - 402 is for cars with stock manifolds or Kooks headers and y-pipe. This part has a straight across tunnel brace.

Part # - 405 is for cars with all OTHER LT headers. This part has a tunnel brace that drops another 2 inches to make room for other header/y pipe combos.

So I'd go along with saying that Kooks will give you the best fit IMO, due to their very close to stock fitment. However they are indeed more expensive.

Good luck with your choice!

Then again it does depend on your ride height, AND your idea of ground clearance lol.

I have a lowered TA and the Kooks 1 7/8 with off road pipe clear with no problems. I also have the band clamps facing down and they do not have any clearance issues either.
