Default LS1 into 1966 mini cooper update

Well, I decided to go a different direction with the car. Not running an LS1- donor car in the foreground.

Car has a hand-built rectangular tube chassis- including K-member- handmade from sheetmetal/tubing.

I'm finally workin' on it a little every day. So once again my goal is to have her on the road this summer.

Nah- the joke was supposed to be an indy motor into the mini. I guess it wasn't that good. We do some work for a race team so they are nice enough to let us have some cars here.

Did you build the coilover brackets and the A-arm mounts and also what spindle and A-arm setup is that.

No, the chassis (incl. coilover brackets and A-arm mounts) was built by Dennis Rolaine. The A-arms are one-offs, but the spindles & front brakes (which are small and scary with the added power) are off of an Opel GT.

Passengers will probably have a particular "reaction" to that car being floored.

You may need to call it the Mini Pooper.
