Default Koni SA front perch question

Should i use the 2nd perch(the lower one) on the koni SA's with lowering springs? BTW i have the hotchkis springs.

They say not to cuz youll just lose that much more suspension travel. I kinda wish I did since my car isnt a DD. by the way I also have the koni/hotchkis setup

Well these are lt1 hotchkis springs. They sit a little higher so thats why i was thinking of doing this.

On Strano springs I couldn't do it, the spring sat too low on the perch and I couldn't tighten the shock up. Not sure with anyone else's spring.

If you're asking for personal opinions, I would use the upper perch. Those springs will lower the car enough
