Heat Transfer Products...?

I remember someone on here worked for Heat Transfer Products in MA but I can't find the thread... I need some help.

Control question... Trying to make their software talk to my laptop. I called tech support and I got... "hmmm, I don't know" Not the answer I was looking for

I've got their HTP925 software and their worthless cable I had to buy an adapter for. But I can't get the software to communicate with the control... And the two guys in tech support I've talked to have no answers for me.
