Default Powershifting, speed shifting, etc

Somebody mind pointing me in the right direction for a detailed explanation of what these different types of shifting methods are and how to do them?

I have general ideas, just not positive.

Thanks

Power shifting -

Never let off the gas, when RPMs are almost at the rev limiter, kick the clutch really fast just far enough to allow shifting, and yank the stick into the next gear, its all about speed and timing.

Speed Shifting-
When its time to shift, you basically power shift only you let off the gas a little bit.
