Default Would you use these rockers with this cam?

I have around 30k miles on my valvetrain and I'm going to replace the springs. I have MTI 2E heads milled .030, 232/236 575/578 114 cam, Yella Terra 1.7's with MTI dual springs and 7.350 pushrods. I'm going to get 921 springs or the like.

I want to use the comp 1.75's for 2 reasons.

1. My combo is a turd. If you check my detailed mod list, I should be well over the 400rwhp range. Instead I dyno'd 383/375rw with good a/f, timing, etc. I've heard of people having issues with the Yella Terra's. My power falls off around 6000rpm which might indicate some float. As far as I know the cam is straight up with +4 ground in. A compression and leakdown test of the motor turned out fine.

2.The 1.75's would increase my overall lift to right around .600 which would optimize my heads which are supposed to peak at 300cfm @.600. Right now, estimating graphs, I'm missing around 20-30cfm... not much, but it couldn't hurt to increase the flow a little.

Otherwise, the car runs great and I've lived with this for some time.

Am I on the right path for some possible horsepower redemption?
Will my pushrod length change?
Should I just get some decent 1.7's?
