On 1/2/2007 i bought a 1200watt amp from Andres Lopez "luda0840". he gave me the run around telling me that he made a mistake with the shipping on 1/20/2007. Just to let you know i payed with paypals so the adress was very available to him. He let me know that it was shipped to the wrong address and gave me the option of my money back or the amp shipped to me any way that i wanted so i picke the amp shipped UPS 2nd day to my jod. that happened on 2/11/2007. after i sent him the address he told me it would be shipped the next day to my job. i have wrote him 5 or six times since and havent gotten a reply at all. i just want people to know so they dont get ripped.

Don't have time to count but if you are within 45 days of payment, you can file a dispute with paypal. It does not means funds will be there right away but it does mean seller cannot use that account until you are paid.

Does that mean you have an open claim with them?
I'm off to look at the sellers profile.

Geeze, this is the third issue he's had with a sale. Has a new usertitle, he lost is 11 second club for that. Wonder if it was worth it to have to hand over a new time slip for unresolved sales.

I also bought something from him, a diferential, long story short he said that he got the one he sold to me stolen so was going to give me a different one, but havent heard from him yet hasnt replied to pms

I was wondering what can really be done about people doing this. the way that he went about this was like he does it all the time. i just hope he doesnt do the same thing with his new screen name.

Most likely no one would admit to being a bad seller over the phone. Send a certified letter to the address you are demanding a refund or will file in local court and call his local police department for internet fraud.
