Another vote for the UMI. Great company to deal with as well.

how to:

do everything you need to drop the engine, but unbold the engine mounts and keep the engine in the air, and thats it. My Spohn k-member came with instructions, but it's very straight forward once you get under the car.

But when putting it back on, bolt the driver's side steering rack bolt on before the passenger side!!

EDIT- and all of the above opinion are biased because UMI has the biggest presence on this site. No one has tested them until breaking point back to back. Either way, you will have a good product if you choose UMI, Spohn, or BMR.

We just installed a UMI K member and A arms last week, it was a piece of cake. Everything lined up perfectly , no issues. One thing that did make it awfully easy was that we had pulled the engine out the top the week before. One thing you really want to do is Gunk and degrease the rack and pinion, get it cleaned up and it will look brand new. Also do Energy Suspension or prothane end links.

Maybe that may be some of it, but I feel having a presence on these sites is very important and I enjoy it. Our K-Member is popular because it is designed to handle both street and race abuse, we also have a version dedicated to road race which has made many auto cross drivers happy. We give the buyers confidence when they purchase it because we are confident in it and we will stand behind it.

Thick or thin, good or bad I will be on this site to help with our products.

Thank you,
Ryan

Don't you think that a presence is important? And anyone with even one working eye can see the UMI simple has more beef to it than the others. You say "no one has tested one to the breaking point and back". Maybe it's because it's strong enough to not break like some others have, which was the idea in the first place.....
