wondering if anyone has had engagement or vibration problems with the spec 3+, ive heard people have to have them balanced, also can I use the stock flywheel and have it resurfaced?

I just isntalled mine and have about 150 miles on it and there is a very subtle vibe in the car... but nothing worth worrying about. Its going to have a hefty cam put into it soon anyways.

This is the only site Ive been on where people have such horror stories about Spec. Just like any clutch, they HAVE to be broken in correctly. I had a Spec 3 in my 700 rwhp Cobra and broke it in by puting 350 miles on it before laying into it. After 350 I would get it up to about 45 mph and slowly roll into wot for just a bit and letting off. After 500 miles it will be good for 7K rev clutch dumps on slicks!

Good install and break in is very important to making a high perf clutch work a long time.
