Default Rear swap, will this work?
my buddy has offered me his rear end for free, its off a 96 or 97 impala with the lt1. 10-bolt 8.5 with a 30 spline and a eaton 3.73. how hard will this be to fit?

if its the axle assembly out of the Impy then it won't fit. Totally different suspension setups.

i think what im going to do it take the internals out of his and swap them with mine. becuase i belive i have a bearing going out.
