EGR/AIR system Looking to buy a 01' Z28, the one I am going to look at this weekends, and hopefully buy, has the "AIR" system removed. Is this the EGR system or is this an "AIR" system that pumps oxygen back into the CATS to help emissions and all that junk? Just wondering what this "AIR" system is and if it'll hurt me in the future - (emissions).

the air system just warms up the cats so they can be effective quickly. if you dont have cats there's no reason for it 
and 01 and up cars didnt come with egr so you dont have to worry about that either. goodluck man, get it and lets see some pics!
