Question 69 Camaro, 5.3 oil pan, and wiring

Has anyone tried the 5.3L oil pan to see if it clears the steering linkage? Also, anyone have a preference of the painless wiring harness between the #60506 standard engine swap harness and the perfect rpm system? Thanks!

Not sure about the oil pan do you try a search? Have you looked at Speartech for your harness needs. I'm putting an ls1 in a 69 Camaro, just waiting for warm weather and cash. Good luck

Even if the pan would clear depth would be a problem for the sump. the ls2 pan appears to be the best all around pan for a swap into maost gm chassis setups. If you do not want to build a harness then speartech is your next best option.
