Lets say you had 2 engines, built with identical parts, same heads, same cam, same intake, lifters, same bolt ons and whatnot, how much more power on average would a 382 make over a 346? Thanks guys!

If nothing is a bottleneck, roughly 1.5 HP per cube. Of coure a 383 stroker and a 383 "all bore" will have a diffrent curve.

I would expect a minimum gain of 50 ft lbs of torque across the board over the 346. I know my 383 made more power, but I changed cams and intakes. The biggest gain was the 50 ft lbs of torque I made everywhere in the curve over my old heads and cam setup.
