I just made an led panel for my 3rd brake light. It only comes on when i push on the brake, not when i turn on my lights. How do i make it to where it does. :drive:

I just made an led panel for my 3rd brake light. It only comes on when i push on the brake, not when i turn on my lights. How do i make it to where it does. :drive:
The third brake light isn't supposed to come on with the taillights - just with the brakes. There is no taillight power wire available at the third brake light.

mine only works when the defroster is on.. i have no clue why.. ohh and the defroster also turns my cruise control off.. any ideas?
