Default East PA Body Shops?

Anyone know of good body shops in the eastern PA area (preferably around my zip 19464 or the Lehigh Valley/Allentown area) that don't charge an arm and a leg to have just my front bumper painted?

I've received a quote of ~$400 from one place and just got another today of $528. These ******* are charging me 2 hours to remove and install the bumper. 2 hours? Give me a break. 2 hours to "repair" the bumper as well even though there isn't a lick of damage to it. 2.4 hours to paint... this is out of control. 1 hour for the clear coat?! I just cannot believe this ****.

So... anyone? They won't let me prep it myself to save money either. I would prefer as close to me as possible.

Thanks.

paint is expensive dude, and 400 is not bad to have your bumper removed, fixed (yes fixed because im sure theres chips in it that you will complain about if they are not fixed) sanded and sprayed and put back on the car. I work in a body shop in west chester and trust me, we hate doing bumpers because we dont make any money on them. The only reason the time they billed you for is high is so they can attempt to make a little money after they use 150 bucks in primer, base and clear, not to mention paying the body guy his hourly rate to take it off and put it on.

400 is not bad at all man, just make sure its not an "iffy" shop. I just had some paint work done in NJ about 10 min out of philly. Pm me if you want the places number. They did a great job on my car, even re shot it because of a little tiny scrath that I couldnt even notice!
