How to wire up an Air fuel gauge?

How to wire up an Air fuel gauge? Since going with the corvette 02 sensors which get rid of the 02 extensions that I had, now I need to find a way to wire my air fuel gauge again. What other ways are there to tap in and get a reading from the 02's?
