Go to tirerack.com and look at there tires. They have write ups on all of them so you can pick which ones you want.

I agree, Tire Rack has a lot of write-ups on all different kinds of tires. It really depends on what all characteristics you're looking for, price, traction, life span, ride quality, looks, etc.? I'd just go onto Tire Rack, type in the size your looking for and look through all the different tires and read reviews on all the different ones you like.

yea i agree with them. I also suggest you getting the bfg gforces. Great tire and they last very long. I can be in first geat an give it 1/3 of acceleration and i wont slide. Im running on 275x40

Yeah i bought my tires from tire rack last time and have been looking there but they do not carry nittos or toyos. plus i would respect the opinions of people in here since they got the same car, but yeah tire rack is a great site.

What do you mean by nicer? stickier? Its tough to get both sticky and last longer. Check out the bfg kd/kdw series

when i mean nice i mean pretty much as close to the michellin pilots but withot the price!! i found the good year gs3 looks like a great alternative and its only 200 a tire. from tire rack. but i think i'm gonna go with the toyo proxes 4. i can get them locally for only 130 so that seems a little more cost effective but if you guys have heard bad about the toyos i wont.
thanks luke

I personally know 2 friends that have the new goodyear gs3 or gsd3s or something like that. Anyways they love those tires. One of them has a 600rwhp cobra and he says to hook better than his nittos and about the same with the bfg's. Plus they have a longer life in them. My other friend has a stock m6 96 T/A and said that he can't even get a bark of them when his rolling at 50 and shifts it to 2nd gear. I'm goin to start looking into these wheels. Just giving you some peoples experiences from the these tires.

BFG G force sports are the best bang for your buck. Those Goodyears are quite a bit more $, but are awesome. I miss the Firestone SZ50EP's. Best tire I ever had.

I had the MX's and for 220 treadwear them things lasted over 25K miles, thats really good. I thought they was a good performing tire and a steal for the price!

Now i'm using the wide ovals and I'm also really happy with these tires. They beat the KDW's in tire rack test I'm pretty sure. And much cheaper than the GSD3 and have really good treadwear!

i have the mx and i hate them i barely got 10 k miles.. i dunno, anyways i also have another problem. im using my tax return to buy some z06 wheels. the rear rims are 18*10.5 as you all know and nitto makes a drag radial in a 335 30 18 which would probbalby look so sick but i wonder if it would look like a mexican mobile( no offense to the latin american folks in here) lol but yeah what you all think??? oh this tire is actually cheaper than the nitto 315 35 18 555r t1 drag radial by 20 bucks

Theyre not the best but very good for the price. I have bfgoodrich traction t/a's and theyre actually really good. Great traction in wet and dry. 96 bucks a tire for mine.
