I heard Breslin went out of business, that would explain the out of service number. Do a search on here, someone had a set for sale the other day. Jegs and Summit no longer stock the LS1 bolts.

I used them on my last car, great fasteners. Ran into the same problems you found when I was buying parts for my current header install. I decided just to reuse the stockers since the Stage 8s seem like a pain.
