Default turbo id and help on finding flange

I havent bought these yet but would like some input on what they are and what kind of power the can handle. They are obviously garrett's. They are t4 exhaust housings, with .84 stamped on the turbine side and .60 on the compressor side. The part number is what is in the picture. I am having some trouble finding a weld adapter to go on the outlet side. I need it to adapt to a v band and weld into the turbo. I have seen them somewhere but cant find them anymore. Please help. Thanks, Josh

Can't really read the tag, but Google it and see what you can find. As for the exhaust housing, looks like a standard T-4 divided housing, i would pull it off and find out what trim the turbine wheel is and then just find another housing that has a v band flange on it. There pretty cheep when you find them used. I think I gave 60 bucks for the last one I bought. Check eBay.

Looks like a small T4 housing with a T3 foot print. Probably a little tractor turbo. Measure it and check the dims on line against a T3 flange (which won't be divided).
