Default Cleaning gunk off clear bra?

I just bought a Z06 and it has clearbra on the bottom, below the door sills. Looks like the previous owner drove through some fresh pavement or something, it's got some gross black streaks on it. Anyone have some tricks for getting this stuff off?

Hey shadowlight, i agree with googone. once that is off, i recommend using PLEXUS to reshine and moisturize the material.
